Returns and Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to love them as much as we do. If however, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. A Returns Authorisation Number will be issued upon approval. Simply ship your item (to GPO Box 367, Capalaba, Brisbane, QLD 4157) in original and unused condition with tags intact, within 7 days of requesting your Returns Authorisation Number.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
If you believe your item is faulty please send us a photograph of the fault. An exchange or refund is offered for genuine manufacturing faults within one month of purchase.
